Our History
Ridgeway Hydraulics and Machine Works was founded in 1980 by Frank Littlefield and family. The business was previously known as Northeast Texas Hydraulics.
Frank was a self-taught machinist who learned the trade by working in shops in the Dallas area, then started his own shop in his home garage.
In 1982, The Littlefields expanded and moved the business to the community of Ridgeway in Hopkins County, located between Commerce and Sulphur Springs. This location on the Hunt-Hopkins County line is perfectly situated to serve the rural area, plus allow convenient access to I-30 for customers from all over Texas and beyond.
Today, Ridgeway Hydraulics and Machine Works is thriving and led by wife Beverly Littlefield.
